Pumpkin Muffins with Crumb Topping
I am that pumpkin spice girl in October. I can’t get enough. I love making a batch of these muffins and freezing them (I’ll talk about how in this post) so I can enjoy them many mornings throughout October and November. I’ll walk you through my base pumpkin muffin recipe and then show you how to make a crumb topping and cream cheese filling. You can omit those, use one or the other, or add both to the pumpkin muffin. They are delicious any way!
