Our personal chef services are meant to bring people together and create a deeper sense of connection, community, and leave you feeling nourished both heart and body.
We strive to make each gathering easier on the host(ess), always delicious, and leaving you and your guests with meaningful memories around your table.

Our Mission
Our mission is to make Central Texas a strong community of tableside gatherers. We know the power of community around the dinner table and the foundational impact it has on our lives. Our personal chef services are designed to do all the heavy lifting on your behalf so you can sit at your table and intentionally connect with everyone stress free and often.
Meet Chef Ashley
Ashley Casebier learned the art of Southern hospitality from her grandparents at a young age. Every time she would join them for a meal, her Mimi would have a basket of fresh-baked bread on the table.
Ashley had this same desire to host and bring people together in a warm and inviting way, so she left her corporate career in tech to pursue her dream career of becoming a personal chef.
Ashley trained at the Escoffier School of Culinary Arts and completed an externship at San Marcos’ beloved Root Cellar Café Catering Company, She also has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Louisville’s School of Business.
Now she gets to live the culmination of her heart’s work every day, helping clients effortlessly gather through her company’s personal chef services.
Why Southern with a French Twist?
Yes, Chef Ashley does draw culinary inspiration from her two favorite cuisines - American Southern and French. However, she named her company as a nod to the culture at the heart of French and American Southern dinner tables. Time together over a meal is a prioritized ritual of the day. It’s the intentional connection with one another to nourish the heart and a delicious presentation of food to nourish the body.
No matter the cuisine Chef Ashley and her team are preparing for your gathering you will find each experience is an intentional representation of tradition around Southern and French tables - welcome to all, a time to slow down and enjoy one another, and make memories and connections for years to come.
